摘要 轮边总成由行星齿轮减速机构及多盘湿式制动装置两部分组成,采用一体化设计方案。起到减速增矩作用的行星齿轮减速机构选用NGW型。多盘湿式制动装置在车辆驻车及正常行驶时,制动机构中的摩擦片、活塞、推杆、复位弹簧等零部件是常开的,为非受力状态。行车制动时采用了半轴与轮毂联合制动,驻车制动改在变速箱内完成。本设计具有结构紧凑,制动力矩大,摩擦片寿命较长等特点,同时解决了常闭制动机构刹车急、缓冲差、装载的货物易飞出等问题。 Wheel-side assembly consist of the planetary gear mechanism and multi-disk wet brake, using integrated design.
