油田配聚污水中S^(2-)的去除方法优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 油田回注水中含有大量S^(2-),其会降低聚合物———部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)的黏度,进而影响驱油效果。采用化学氧化法去除油田污水中的S^(2-),探讨了KMnO_4、H_2O_2和NaClO对S^(2-)的去除效果,考察了油田污水中S^(2-)经氧化去除后聚合物黏度的恢复情况。实验结果表明,3种氧化剂均能有效去除油田污水中的S2-,提高聚合物黏度。经过安全性、方便性、性价比的对比,发现KMnO_4既能快速有效地去除S^(2-),改善聚合物黏度,且使用方便,价格合理,是最优氧化剂。 Oilfield reinjection water consists of a great deal of S2-,which can reduce the viscosity of polymer-partial hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM),and furthermore,affect oil production effect. Chemical oxidation method has been used for the removal of S2-from oilfield wastewater. The removing effect of KMnO4,H2O2 and NaClO on the S2-are discussed. After S2-has been removed from the oilfield wastewater by oxidation method ,the restoring state of polymer viscosity is investigated. The experimental results show that all of the three kinds of oxidants can effectively remove S2-from oilfield wastewater,and improve the polymer viscosity. Based on the contrasts of security,conve-nience and price-performance ratio,it is found that KMnO4 not only can rapidly and effectively remove S2-,and in-crease the polymer viscosity,but also can be used conveniently,and has reasonable price-performance ratio. There-fore,it is the best oxidant.
