摘要
山东某啤酒公司采用厌氧IC+好氧+混凝沉淀工艺处理高浓度的啤酒废水,运行结果表明,该工艺对啤酒废水中COD、BOD_5、NH_3-N和SS的去除率分别高达98.1%、99.1%、77.3%和96.2%,处理出水达到《啤酒污染物排放标准》(GB 19821—2005)的要求。该工艺具有占地面积小、水质水量适应范围广、运行稳定等优点。
The internal circulation anaerobic reactor+aerobic+coagulating sedimentation process has been used for treating high concentration beer wastewater from a beer factory in Shandong Province. The operation results show that the removing rates of COD,BOD5,NH3-N and SS by this process are as high as 98.1%,99.1%,77.3% and 96.2%,respectively. The treated effluent meets the requirements specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Beer Industry (GB 19821—2005). The process has the advantages of smaller area of land occupation,wider adaptive range of water quality and quantity,and stable operation,etc.
