豆粕液态酶解发酵物对育雏期固始鸡生长性能及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:1

Effects of the liquid enzymolysis and fermented soybean meal on growth performance and physiological-biochemical parameters of Gushi broiler

摘要 本研究以育雏期固始鸡为研究对象,以含抗生素和无抗生素日粮为对照组,研究饲喂豆粕液态酶解发酵物对育雏期固始鸡生产性能、血清生化指标以及均匀度的影响。结果表明:(1)在生产性能方面,饲喂豆粕液态酶解发酵物组较无抗生素日粮组平均日增重提高6.31%(P<0.05),平均日采食量、平均日增重和料肉比与含抗生素日粮组差异均不显著(P>0.05)。在均匀度方面,三个处理组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)饲喂豆粕液态酶解发酵物组与无抗日粮组相比,血清总蛋白、碱性磷酸酶和高密度脂蛋白的含量分别显著提高4.00%、61.65%和1.72%(P<0.05);与含抗生素日粮组相比,血清谷草转氨酶、总蛋白、球蛋白、碱性磷酸酶、高密度脂蛋白含量分别提高6.48%、15.36%、18.03%、47.30%和2.16%(P<0.05)。 In this study, the brood of Gushi chicken was chosen and divied into 3 groups,including antibiotics group,antibiotic-free diet group and liquid enzymatic fermentation soybean meal group.Growth performance,serum biochemical index and evenness were determined.The results showed that:(1)Average daily gain of liquid enzymatic fermentation soybean meal group significantly increased by 6.33%(P〈0.05),compared with antibiotics-free diet group,but average daily feed intake,average daily gain and feed/gain had no significant difference(P〉0.05),compared with antibiotics group.In terms of evenness degree,three treatments had no significant difference(P〉0.05).(2)Serum total protein(TP),alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)levels in liquid enzymatic fermentation soybean meal group were significantly increased by 4.00%,61.64% and 1.72%(P〈0.05),compared with antibiotics-tree diet group,aspartate aminotransferase(AST),TP,globulin(GLB),ALP,HDL-C levels were significantly increased by6.48%,15.36%,18.03%,47.30% and 2.16%(P〈0.05),compared with antibiotics group.
