Characteristics and Enlightenment of Hong Kong Community Health Management System

基本医疗与公共卫生问题是事关民生的重要问题。本文以政府官方数据为资料来源,分析了香港的社区医疗管理体制,并将其与内地社区医疗的条件和水平进行对比。深入探讨了内地社区医疗管理体制的不足之处,进而提出了相应改善政策,以期能为我国内地社区医疗管理体制的深化改革提供一定参考。

Primary care and public health is a vital issue concerning people＇s livelihood. Based on official data,this paper analyzed the community health management system and made a comparison of community health care condition and level between China's Mainland and Hong Kong. Further investigation was made on the defects of community health management system of China's Mainland,thus corresponding measures for improvement were put forward,in order to provide references for further reform of community health management system in China's Mainland.
