摘要
齐古水库位于新疆呼图壁河流域,属多沙性河流,为提高冲沙隧洞混凝土的抗冲耐磨性,采用硅粉、粉煤灰和膨胀剂配制高强混凝土进行试验,试验结果:3组配合比混凝土28 d的抗压强度分别为71.5、74.8、69.3 MPa,抗冻/抗渗分别大于F220/W8、F240/W8、F220/W8,均满足高强混凝土对抗压强度、裂性和抗冲磨的要求。把试验结果应用到齐古水库冲沙隧洞,其28 d混凝土抗压强度均在69.87 MPa(C60)以上,满足工程设计要求。
Qigu Reservoir is located on Hutubi River, a sediment-laden fiver in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Re- gion. In order to improve the scour resistance of concrete in scour tunnel, concret mix proportion tests were conduct- ed with silica fume, fly ash and expansion agent. The results of three groups of test demonstrate that 28d-compres- sive strengths are 71.5MPa, 74.8MPa and 69.3MPa, while frost/seepage resisting properties exceed F220/WS, F240/W8 and F220/W8 respectively, all conforming to the requirements for high-strength concrete. It was found when the testing results were applied in construction of scour tunnel of Qigu Reservoir, the 28d-compressive strength of concrete were all above 69.87MPa(C60), up to engineering requirements.
