摘要
南水北调东线第一期工程某大型泵站在主体混凝土浇筑后,在泵站的出水流道墩墙、上游右侧翼墙、站身门洞、清污机桥墩墙等部位发现有竖向、应力、不规则浅层等3种类型裂缝共38条,其中缝宽大于0.25 mm的19条。分析其成因,对缝宽大于0.25 mm的裂缝采用"壁可"注入法进行修补,对缝宽小于0.25 mm的不规则浅层裂缝采用GM901多功能有机硅混凝土保护剂进行处理。处理后经运行观测,效果良好。
At a large-scale pump station on the Eastern Line of South-to-North Water Delivery Project, 38 cracks of three kinds, including vertical, stress and irregular shallow kinds, were found on the outflow passage piers, upstream right wing walls, door opening and trash rack bridge piers, of which 19 cracks have width exceeding 0.25ram. The causes were analyzed. Cracks wider than 0.25mm was repaired by injection of Bi-ke ; smaller irregular or shallow cracks were repaired with GMg01 muhifunction silicone concrete protection agent. The observation resuits after the repair show good effects.
