摘要 高炉炼铁主要就是七分原料三分操作,原燃料质量的变化,尤其是焦炭质量的变化,对高炉生产的影响是巨大的。新干焦质量大幅度下滑后,通过对高炉料柱透气性、透液性、压差与风量关系等波动的分析,提出了提焦比退矿批降低负荷与料制调整、加强原燃料筛分管理和炉前出铁等相应的对策来保证炉况的稳定顺行,使高炉炉况逐步达到稳定。 The blast furnace iron making is mainly based on 70% raw material and 30% operation. The impact of the change of the original fuel quality,especially the change of the quality of the coke,on the production of blast furnace is huge. After a significant decline in the quality of dry coke,countermeasures,which include is to improve coke ratio and reduce ore batch,material adjustment,strengthen the management of raw fuel screening and tapping management,are putted forward through analyzing the column permeability and liquid permeability of the material,the relationship between pressure difference and the air quantity in order to ensure the stable operation of the furnace,thus the blast furnace condition gradually achieve stability.
