摘要
结合安钢3#高炉生产实践,分析了焦炭冷态强度、热态强度、灰分和硫分对高炉冶炼的影响。结果显示,对于安钢3#高炉,焦炭M40保持在89以上,CRI和CSR分别控制在小于22.5%和大于67%时,焦比能够长期稳定在较低水平,对高炉顺行有促进作用。
Considering with manufacture practice of No. 3 blast furnace in Anyang steel,the influence of cold state strength,thermal state strength,ash and sulfur content of coke on blast furnace smelting is analyzed. It shows that the coke ratio can stabilize at a relatively low level for a long term when coke M40 is remained at more than 89,CRI and CSR are controlled in less than 22. 5% and more than 67% respectively. This is benefit to the blast furnace operation.
