摘要 为满足国内海底管道开孔和管道维修的需求,进行了海底管道开孔机的研制。因为海洋管道开孔机要满足海底开孔作业要求,故重点研究了三种压力平衡方式用于开孔机的压力平衡设计,即活塞式、波纹管式和胶囊式压力平衡方法,并且通过研究比较选择了胶囊式压力平衡方法,对全机进行了压力平衡设计,胶囊式压力平衡可同时满足海底和陆上的开孔环境要求。通过开孔机实验,开孔机工作正常,平衡压力效果满足设计要求。 To meet the requirements of domestic submarine pipeline and pipeline maintenance openings,the submarine pipeline tapping machine is developed. Taking the requires that the submarine pipeline tapping machine need to work under the sea into account,three pressure balanced method to balance the pressure,include pistons balance method,bellows pressure balance method and capsule pressure balance method were focus of research. And by comparing capsule pressure balance method was selected,the balance design is used on the whole machine. The design that based on capsule pressure balance method can meet the requirements that work normally both seabed and land. By tapping tests,the tapping machine works normally and reaches the target of whole waterpressure balance design.
