摘要
近年来,在微波系统中,基片集成波导(SIW)谐振腔作为一种新型导波结构倍受青睐,SIW的小型化也成为一个研究热点。提出了一款基于半模基片集成波导(HMSIW)的新型右旋圆极化缝隙天线,SIW的腔体结构呈半圆弧型,在腔体顶部蚀刻垂直缝隙使其宽度相等、长度不同,介质基板的底端利用一个50Ω的单级嵌入式微带馈线完成激励。经HFSS仿真结果显示,右旋半模圆极化天线中心频率为9.49 GHz,VSWR在该频点处为1.08,最大增益能够达到4.63 d B。通过实物加工制作以及测试,结果显示,与传统圆极化天线相比,该设计天线的面积尺寸减小了近50%,小型化实现良好,并且性能与仿真结果基本吻合。
In recent years,as a new type of guided wave structure of microwave system,SIW cavity is popular in the industry,SIW cavity miniaturization becomes a research hotspot too. A new type of half mode substrate integrated waveguide( HMSIW) right-hand circularly polarized slot antenna is designed in this paper. It is a half-arc SIW cavity with a vertical gap of the same width and different length etched at the top of it. As an excitation source,a single stage embedded microstrip whose input impedance is 50 Ω is connected to the bottom of the substrate. The simulated results show that to right-hand half mode circularly polarized,the center frequency is 9. 49 GHz,VSWR is 1. 08 at this point and the maximum gain can reach 4. 63 d B. By the physical production,processing and testing of the antenna,it shows that compared with the traditional circularly polarized antenna the size of this kind of antenna can decrease by nearly 50%. It realizes the miniaturization of the circularly polarized antenna,and performance and the simulated results are basically identical.
