FDR技术在膨胀围岩隧道模型含水率测定中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 以广西南宁地区的膨胀土为围岩材料,制作了隧道物理模型,对埋设其中的三个湿度传感器进行了不同条件下的标定试验。试验通过30个圆柱形土柱试样,对不同干密度下的质量含水率ω烘值和体积含水率ωFDR值之间的关系曲线进行了线性多项式函数的拟合,得出了数学函数关系式;通过3个土柱试样,对其进行干湿循环作用下的动态标定试验,并对ω烘值和ωFDR值之间的关系曲线进行拟合,得出了三次多项式的拟合关系式。通过对从FDR实测的体积含水率经拟合关系式计算而得的质量含水率和实验室烘干称重而得的质量含水率的对比,证明了FDR技术在膨胀围岩隧道模型中的应用是可行的。 Taking the expansive soil in Nanning,Guangxi area as the material of surrounding rock,made a tunnel physical model,and carried out calibration test under the different conditions for the three soil moisture sensors which were buried in the tunnel model. The test through 30 cylindrical soil column specimens,using linear polynomial function to fitting the relation curve between the gravimetric moisture content and the volumetric moisture content under the different dry densities,and some mathematical function equations were gained. Through 3 soil column specimens,the dynamic calibration experiment was implemented,and the relation curve between gravimetric moisture content and volumetric moisture content was fitted and the fitting formula of cubic polynomial function was deduced. Through the comparison of the gravimetric moisture content which calculating from the measured volumetric moisture content by FDR through the fitting formula and the gravimetric moisture content by drying-weighing in laboratory,proved the application of FDR technology in the swelling wall rock tunnel model is feasible.
