摘要
为了提升真丝印花绸的渗透效果,通过热台板(平台/斜台)印花面料,研究糊料、助剂和不同渗透剂对渗透性的影响效果;讨论不同染料的渗透性效果并通过正交实验优选工艺配方。结果表明:平台刮印渗透效果比斜台刮印渗透效果好;不同染料对渗透性影响效果不同;色浆中加入渗透剂TF-107D,A邦浆都能有效提高渗透效果;优化配方为BS-200浆40 g,A邦浆10 g,渗透剂TF-107D 4 g,水51 g。
In order to enhance the penetration effect of printed silk,this paper uses hot platen( platform / sloping bench) to print silk fabric,studies the effects of paste,additives and different osmotic agents on the permeability.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the permeability of different dyes and chooses an optimal technical formula by orthogonal experiment. The results show that: flat platen printing shows a better permeation effect than that of sloping platen printing; different dyes bring distinctive influence on the permeability; adding osmotic agent TF-107 D into the paste,or adding printing paste A can both enhance permeability effect obviously; the optimal formula is paste BS-200 40 g,printing paste A 10 g,osmotic agent TF-107 D 4 g and water 51 g.
