泥泵两种常用材料的耐磨性能和抗冲击性能试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 挖泥船泥泵的过流部件一方面受到泥沙、石块的冲击作用,另一方面承受着固体物料的连续磨损,损坏更换频繁。文章通过管道冲刷磨损试验并结合工程实际,比较磨损量与材料种类、冲击角度、硬度的关系,对比铬钼合金钢和高铬铸铁的耐磨性;通过金属夏比缺口冲击试验比较两者的抗冲击性能和强度。得出高铬铸铁耐磨性能较好,铬钼合金钢抗冲击性能和强度较高的结论。 Flow components of dredge pump have frequent replacement because of the impact of the sand and stones, and continuous wear by solid materials. We compared the relationship between wearing capacity and material type, shock angle, hardness through pipe's abrasion test combined with experiences in practice, compared the wear resistance of Cr-Mo alloy and high-chromium iron, and compared the shock resistance and strength between the two materials by Charpy notch impact test. The results show that the high-chrome iron has better wear resistance, and the Cr-Mo alloy has higher strength and better shock resistance.
