数字化军检基本问题研究

Basic Problems about Military Representative's Quality Supervision Work Based on Digitalization

传统的质量监督手段已不能适应新形势下装备建设要求,在装备质量监督领域亟待开展数字化军检。分析了当前对装备质量监督方式进行数字化改造的必要性,梳理了数字化军检概念的演变与内涵,总结了数字化军检的特点和必要条件,提出了推行数字化军检的3种典型模式,并从建设成本、部署时间、适用范围、维护升级4个方面进行了分析和比较。

The traditional quality supervision means is too inefficient to meet the requirements of the equipment.Therefore,equipment quality supervision methods are supposed to change urgently in the present situation.This paper analyzes the necessity which reforms the method of equipment quality supervision with digital technology.It describes the evolution and connotation and summarizes the features and requirement of military representative＇s quality supervision work based on digitalization.Focusing on three typical modes,the paper also analyzes and compares from four aspects.
