美国空间态势感知领域新发展及影响分析 被引量:6

New Developments in US Space Situational Awareness Domain and Analysis on Relevant Impact

摘要 近年来美国对其空间态势感知的相关政策条令作了调整,并大力推进空间态势感知系统建设。从空间态势感知政策条令、装备技术两方面对美国空间态势感知领域的新发展进行系统梳理,并从空间监控、空间预警和空间进攻3个角度分析新发展对美国空间安全的影响。研究表明,美国空间态势感知领域的新发展使得其空间态势感知能力进一步增强,并为其空间监控、空间预警和空间进攻奠定了更加坚实的基础,从而促使其在空间安全上的战略主动权和灵活性更大,自身航天器的安全性更有保障,在空间进攻方面的优势更加突出。 Some adjustments to US space policies and space operation doctrines related to space situational awareness are made and some new space situational awareness equipments and technologies are developed recently.The new developments in US space situational awareness domain are presented in terms of space policies,space doctrines,space situational equipments and technologies.The impacts of the new developments to US space safety and space security are analyzed from the aspects of space supervision,space early warning and space offensive.It can be concluded that the US space situational awareness capabilities are improved which act as a solider base of US space supervision,space early warning and space offensive.So the strategic initiative and flexibility of US space safety and space security are further enhanced.The safety and security of US spacecrafts in orbits are further guaranteed,and the US superiority in space offensive are further enlarged.
