摘要
原RH合金挡板极限安装精度较低,由于受合金挡板气缸安装位置的限制,有时甚至无法安装,因此,难以实现电气控制的目的。另外经常拆装也增加了工人的劳动量。改进后的整体框架与真空室脱离,达到了更换真空室后无需拆装极限装置的目的,降低了故障率,保证了生产顺行。
The installation accuracy of original RH alloy baffle limit is very low. Sometimes it is even cannot be installed restricted by the mounting position of alloy baffle cylinder. Therefore, the electrical control cannot be realized. The high dismantle frequency also raises the labor intensity. After separating the overall frame from vacuum chamber, it is no necessary to dismantle the limit device. As the result, the fault rate is decreased, and the smooth operation is ensured.
