摘要
原轧机系统是机旁手动轧钢,成材率低,系统不稳定。因此,将PLC控制系统应用于轧钢系统,控制系统投入后,实现了自动化轧钢。文章阐述了基础自动化系统的主要功能和构成,控制系统的安全需求和网络构成。
The original rolling mill system is manually controlled by local mode. The yield rate is low and the system is not stable. The PLC control system is applied to steel rolling system. As the result, the automatic steel rolling is realized. Present the main function, composition, safety requirements of the control system and the network composition of basic automation system.
