针对时间紧任务重的生产实际，采用统筹工作法，对摩擦式提升机调试过程进行了优化创新，取得了良好的效果。
By adopting overall planning method, make an innovation and optimization on the commissioning process of the friction hoist under the actual production condition of tight time and heavy task. It has achieved good results.
