摘要
利用西门子PLC和WINCC软件设计智能报警系统。通过相应的PLC*~件组态配置、AB变频器参数设置、软件编程以及WINCC故障报警画面,实现了连铸拉矫机电动机运行电流异常变化的故障报警,以便及时对并常情况采取有效的处理措施。这项技术的应用实现了连铸拉矫机电动机运行系统的智能控制,提高了炼钢厂板坯的质量。
Design intelligent alarm system via PLC and WINCC software. Through corresponding PLC hardware configuration, AB frequency converter parameter setup, software programming and WINCC fault alarm screen, implemented a current fault alarm for the motor of continuous casting with- drawal machine so that effective measures can be taken in the abnormal situation in time. By applying this technology, the intelligent control on the motor of the continuous casting withdrawal machine is im- plemented, and the slab quality of steelmaking plant is improved.
