摘要
目的分析CT影像特点在小儿支原体肺炎诊断中的价值。方法选取2010年1月—2013年12月临床表现及病原学诊断为小儿支原体肺炎,并行胸部CT检查的患者120例,对其CT影像学特点进行分析。结果所有患儿均有不同程度的肺部表现,以斑片状影、大片实变比率较高。结论 CT影像特征对小儿支原体肺炎的诊断具有重要价值。
Objective To analyze and study CT imaging characteristics of children with mycoplasma pneumonia value in the diagnosis of children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods Select January 2010 - December 2013 clinical manifestations and etiologic diagnosis of children with mycoplasma pneumonia, and chest CT examination of 120 cases of patients, CT imaging study analysis. Results All children all have different degrees of lung performance, with patchy shadow,large consolidation ratio is higher. Conclusion The CT imaging features of children with mycoplasma pneumonia in children with mvcoplasma vneumonia diagnaosis has importnt value.
