Because of unique appearance and the exchange idea of ＂take a book, return a book＂, little free libraries do raise a new upsurge. So this paper suggests to learn from the successful idea, let Suzhou public information kiosks be fitted into an overall city planning, and change their original function location to pay more attention to the reading and build mini libraries.This change will bring the whole city into＂Reading Suzhou, Cultural Suzhou＂.
