光棒在引导气管插管术中的临床应用

Clinical application of light-wang in guided tracheal intubation

目的探讨光棒(light-wang)在引导气管插管过程中的应用效果。方法收集拟行气管插管全麻的择期手术患者60例,随机分为光棒组与普通喉镜组,每组30例,光棒组患者采用光棒引导气管插管,普通喉镜组患者则在喉镜的引导下行气管插管,对比2组患者的应用效果。结果光棒组插管时血压和心率变化幅度较普通喉镜组小,有显著性差异性(P<0.05)。2组患者咽喉部黏膜均未发现明显的出血点。光棒组咽喉部黏膜未见明显的充血红肿;普通喉镜组有4例会厌窝黏膜处有明显的充血红肿,占13.3%。结论光棒协助气管插管简便易行,插管成功率高,在插管时对患者咽喉部的刺激和损伤小,可在临床麻醉工作中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the light guided tracheal intubation（Light-wang）in the process of the effects on hemodynamics of the patients and the intubation of the throat injury incidence. Methods To collect undergoing tracheal intubation under general anesthesia in 60 patients undergoing elective operation were randomly divided into research,light group and normol laryngoscope group,30 cases in each group,light group were treated by Lightwand guided tracheal intubation,ordinary laryngoscope group patients in guided tracheal cannula laryngoscope,the application effect of the two groups were compared. Results the wand intubation group when blood pressure and heart rate in amplitude than ordinary laryngoscope group,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）of.Two groups of patients with throat mucous membrane were not found obvious bleeding point. Lightbar group throat mucous membrane showed no obvious hyperemia;ordinary laryngoscope group had 4 cases of epiglottic fossa mucosa has obvious hyperemia,accounting for the group of 13.3%.Conclusion Intubation is simple,high success rate of intubation,intubation for patients in the throat irritation and injury of small. Endotracheal intubation technique by means of light,can be applied in clinical anesthesia.
