多功能臭氧雾化治疗仪治疗妇科阴道炎的临床疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of multifunctional ozone atomization instrument on gynecological vaginitis

目的观察多功能臭氧雾化治疗仪治疗妇科阴道炎的临床疗效,为妇科阴道炎患者提供更安全有效的治疗方法。方法选择妇科门诊阴道炎病例320例,其中霉菌性阴道炎96例,滴虫性阴道炎54例,细菌性阴道炎170例,随机分成常规+臭氧治疗组和常规治疗组,常规治疗组病例采用局部药物治疗,常规+臭氧治疗组在局部药物治疗基础上加用多功能臭氧雾化治疗仪治疗。观察2组患者治愈率以及疗程内不适感和分泌物的改善情况等。结果常规+臭氧治疗组治愈率(98.75%)优于常规治疗组治愈率(86.25%),常规+臭氧治疗组在疗程内的不适感和分泌物等症状改善也优于常规治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多功能臭氧雾化治疗仪治疗阴道炎治愈率较高且见效快,操作方便,患者易于接受,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of multifunctional ozone atomization instrument,and provide safer and more effective treatment to the patients with gynecological vaginitis.Methods A total of 320 patients with gynecological vaginitis were collected from the gynecological clinic,including 96 patients with mould vaginitis,54 patients with trichomonas vaginitis and 170 patients with bacterial vaginitis.Then they were randomly divided into conventional ozone therapy group and conventional therapy group.The patients in conventional therapy group were treated with Local drug therapy,while the patients in conventional ozone therapy group were treated by multifunctional ozone atomization instrument and Local drug therapy.The improvements of cure rates,discomfort feeling and secretion in course of treatment in the two groups were observed.Results The cure rate of patients in conventional ozone therapy group was 98.75%,which was higher than that in conventional therapy group（86.25%）.The discomfort feeling and secretion in course of treatment in conventional ozone therapy group were statistically significantly higher than those in conventional therapy group.All these differences had the statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of vaginitis with themultifunctional ozone atomization instrument is more effective,acceptable and convenientthan the conventional therapy.It is worth to promote in Clinical application.
