左西孟旦治疗急性失代偿心力衰竭疗效分析被引量：2

摘要目的评价常规治疗(如利尿剂、洋地黄类、磷酸二酯酶抑制剂等)疗效不佳的急性失代偿心力衰竭的患者,静脉注射左西孟旦的疗效。方法静脉注射左西孟旦12.5 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液至50 mL,2 mL快速静脉注射,10 min后将剩余液体以2 mL/h的速度24 h微量泵泵入。观察治疗后患者呼吸困难等症状、体征改善情况,及用药第7天左心室射血分数(LVEF)值及血浆N-末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proB NP)变化。结果治疗后患者呼吸困难等症状、体征明显改善(P<0.05),LVEF明显升高(P<0.05),NT-proB NP明显下降(P<0.05)。结论左西孟旦治疗急性失代偿心力衰竭疗效确切,是非常有前途的正性肌力药物。
