距骨骨软骨损伤的MRI表现

MRI manifestations of osteochondral lesions of the talus

目的探讨MRI在距骨骨软骨损伤中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2013年1月～2015年6月53例临床随访或手术证实的距骨骨软骨损伤的临床和MRI资料。结果MRI均见距骨滑车面不规则条带状异常信号，呈长T1、长，112信号，连续或不连续，部分呈地图样或囊变影。结论MRI诊断骨软骨损伤准确可靠，值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the application value of MRI in the osteochondral lesions of the talus. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinic and MRI data of 53 cases（from January 2013 to June 2015） with the osteoehondral lesions of the talus proved by clinic follow-up or operation. Results On MRI imagings, all showed irregular banded anomalies signal in the talus trochlear surface,the lesions were long T1 and long T2 signal,continuous or discontinuous, parts of the lesions showed map-like or cystic-like. Conclusion MRI is of important value for diagnosis of osteochondral.
