儿童苍耳子中毒致肝衰竭1例分析

The analysis of a child liver failure caused by fructus xanthii poisoning

苍耳子是一种中药材,具有广泛的药理作用如抗炎、镇痛、调节免疫、降血糖、调节血压等。但如果炮制不当或用量过大可导致中毒,甚至可危及生命。我院消化内科接收1例因食用苍耳子中毒的患儿.通过采用血液置换、保肝等治疗手段进行救治,两周后患儿临床指标逐步好转,患儿痊愈。

Fructus xanthii is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine which has wide range of pharmacological effects, such as anti-inflammatory, analgesic, regulating immunity, lowering blood glucose level, regulating blood pressure and so on.But if processed improperly or used excessively can lead poison, even life-threatening. The gastroenterology of children＇s hospital received a child who was poisoned for eating fructus xanthii. By the plasmapheresis, hepatopro- tection and other therapeutic treatments, the child＇s clinical indicators had reduced gradually and got well after two weeks.
