舒适护理在胃镜检查患者中的应用效果分析

目的观察舒适化护理在胃镜检查过程中的临床效果,为临床提供参考依据。方法收集160例在我院接受胃镜检查的患者,将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各80例,对照组采用常规化护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上联合舒适护理,对两组患者检查中的心率、血压及检查用时进行比较,并对两组患者的胃镜检查依从性及满意度进行比较。结果观察组患者检查中的血压、心率均低于对照组,观察组的检查用时为(5.7±1.8)min,而对照组的为(7.8±2.1)min,两组之间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的胃镜检查总接受率为97.50%,而对照组为86.25%,两组患者的胃镜检查总接受率之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的胃镜检查总满意率为95.00%,而对照组为83.75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在胃镜检查减轻了患者检查的不适感,增加了患者的治疗满意度,对疾病的早诊早治具有重要意义。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of comfortable nursing on patients with gastroscopy examining, pro- vide the reference for the clinic. Methods A total of 160 outpatients with electronic gastroscopy examing were collected from our hospital, rhen divided into observation group （80 cases） and control group （80 cases）, the control group was us- ing conventional nursing, the observation group was using routine nursing combined with comfortable nursing, the heart rate and blood pressure and check time between the two groups of patients, and gastroscopy compliance and satisfaction between the two groups of patients were compared. Results Blood pressure,heart rate of the examination in the obser- vation group patients were lower than the control group, the check time in the observation group was （5.7±1.8） min, while the control group was （7.8±2.1） rain, the differences between the two groups were statistically signifieant（P〈0.05）; Gas- troscopy total acceptance rate in the observation group was 97.50%, and the control group was 86.25%, the difference of the total acceptance rates between the two groups was statistical significant （P〈0.05）; Gastroscopy for the overall sat- isfaetion rate in the observation group was 95.00%, and the control group was 83.75%, with statistically significant dif- ference between the two groups of patients with gastroscopy total satisfactory rate（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the process of electronic gastroscopy, the comfortable nursing can eliminate patients＂ fear to a large extent, improve the comfort of pa- tients, making patients more easily with the inspection process, improve the inspection efficiency and satisfaction, it is important for early diagnosis and early treatment of disease.
