摘要
目的探讨手术室实施人性化护理的方法及效果。方法选取2013年9月—2014年9月接受外科手术的1 870例患者,分别给予人性化护理与常规护理。结果接受手术室人性化护理的患者血压、心率波动和焦虑水平明显下降;满意度明显提高。结论手术室人性化护理能有效缓解患者的紧张和焦虑,提高患者满意度。
ObjectiveSummary of nursing in operation room of nursing humanistic care,humanistic medical services to meet the expectations of patients.MethodSelect 1869 patients from September to 2014 in 2013 September received surgical operation patients,were given humane nursing and routine nursing.ResultAccept the operation room of humanistic nursing care in patients with blood pressure,heart rate fluctuation and anxiety levels decreased significantly and satisfaction significantly.ConclusionOperation room,humanized nursing can relieve tension and anxiety of patients effectively,improve the patients＇ satisfaction.
