摘要微创肺减容术的出现对重症肺气肿患者的治疗开辟了新的途径，现有的微创肺减容术主要为支气管镜下操作技术，因各种微创肺减容术各有优缺点，现就各方法机制及相关文献进行综述。 Bronchoscopic lungvolume reduction,the main methods of the minimally invasive lung volume reduction surgery, projects a new therapy for selected patients with advanced emphysema. The aim of this review is to provide an introduction of the verity ways and their experiments to detail their different.
