摘要
为了减少谐振法测量损耗过程中由于受到不同程度的噪声影响引起测量数据偏离真实值而产生的误差,提出了一种基于卡尔曼滤波的谐振法损耗测量系统的数据处理方法.采用Labview软件设计了卡尔曼滤波器,对谐振法测得的损耗数据进行了卡尔曼滤波处理.实验结果表明:滤波前测量误差为±2.77×10-4,滤波处理后测量误差为±1.63×10-4,有效地去除了噪声.卡尔曼滤波数据处理方法可以提高系统测量精度.
In order to reduce measurement error,that is produced in the process of measuring losses using resonant,due to the effects of different levels of noise,causing loss measurement data deviate from the true value,a data processing method for resonance loss measurement system based on Kalman filter is presented.The Kalman filter is designed based on Labview software,and loss data measured by resonance method are processed by Kalman filtering.Experimental results show that pre-treatment measurement error is ±277×10 ^-4 ,post-treatment measurement error is ±163 ×10 ^-4 ,and the noise is effectively removed.The data processing method based on Kalman filter can improve system accuracy.
