摘要
研究了双纵向引入多分支并联管水平集箱系统分支管中流量的分配特性.实验以空气-水混合物为工质,在定温和水平压力为0.11~0.13 MPa 过程下完成.在3个液体流速及每个液体流速对应6个不同的气体流速的实验工况下,测量了所有分支管均在等压降的条件下的空气和水的出口折算流速.实验结果表明:改变进口气体和液体折算流速时,分支管中的气体和液体流速发生显著变化,进口气体和液体流速对分支管中的流量分布有显著影响.在固定进口液体流速时,进口气体流速增大对液体在并联分支管中的分配影响不大,其分配不均性缓慢减小;对气体在并联分支管中的分配不均匀性影响较液体大,气体的分配不均匀性增大.
An experimental investigation was conducted to study the two-phase distribution in a horizontal header with two inlet turrets and multi outlet branches.Tests were performed using air-liquid mixtures at room temperature and a nominal pressure which ranged form 0.11 ~ 0.13 MPa.The test matrix included three inlet liquid rates and six different inlet gas rates for each liquid rate.The outlet flow superficial velocity of air and water were measured in all branches under the condition of equal pressure drop across all branches.The data showed that there is significant variation in air and water flow rates among the branches ,with changing inlet gas flow rate and inlet liquid flow superficial velocity.The flow distribution among the branches was found to be strongly influenced by the inlet flow superficial velocity of gas and liquid.In the fixed inlet liquid velocity,the inlet gas flow rate increases with little influence on the distribution of the liquid in parallel,and the distribution is slow to reduce. The inlet gas flow rate increases with more influence on the distribution of the gas in parallel than liquid,the gas distribution increases.
