胫骨平台骨折属于关节内骨折,治疗不当易诱发创伤性关节炎、关节不稳、关节强直等,给患者的生活质量带来严重影响。其治疗以恢复胫骨平台关节面的平整和韧带的完整性、保持膝关节功能为目的。随着研究的深入及临床影像技术的快速发展,以X线为基线的影像诊断已经不能满足临床发展的需求,基于螺旋CT三维重建诊断方法已经成为目前最可靠的临床诊断技术,能够为临床医生的术前准备提供参考价值。

Fracture of the tibial plateau fractures is intra-articular fractures.The inappropriate treatment is easy to induce traumatic arthritis,joint instability,joint stiffness,etc.,which brings serious impact on the quality of life of patients.The treatment is to recover the articular surface flatness of the tibial plateau and the integrity of the ligament,and maintain the function of the knee joint.With the deep development of the research and the rapid development of clinical imaging technology,X-ray imaging diagnosis has been unable to meet the needs of clinical development.The method of3 D reconstruction based on spiral CT has become the most reliable clinical diagnostic technique,which provides a reference value for clinicians.
