交锁髓内钉与锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨骨折不愈合的临床效果比较

Clinical effect comparison of interlocking intramedullary nail and locking compression plate in treatment of tibial fracture nonunion

目的比较交锁髓内钉与锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨骨折不愈合的临床疗效。方法选择2012年1月~2014年2月本院收治的56例胫骨骨折不愈合患者,将其随机分为交锁髓内钉组（30例）和锁定加压钢板组（26例）,观察两组的临床疗效。结果交锁髓内钉组的手术时间短于锁定加压钢板组（P〈0.05）,但两组的骨折愈合时间、治疗有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论交锁髓内钉和锁定加压钢板均是治疗胫骨骨折不愈合的有效方法。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of interlocking intramedullary nail and locking compression plate in the treatment of tibial fracture nonunion. Methods 56 patients with tibial fracture nonunion admitted into our hospital from January 2012 to February 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the interlocking intramedullary nail group（30 cases） and the locking compression plate group（26 cases）. Clinical efficacy in two groups was observed.Results The operative time in interlocking intramedullary nail group was shorter than that of locking compression plate group（P0.05）,but there was no significant difference in fracture healing time and treatment effective rate between two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion Both interlocking intramedullary nail and locking compression plate are effective treatment methods for tibial fracture nonunion.
