血糖控制对妊娠期糖尿病产妇妊娠结局的影响

Influence of blood glucose control on pregnancy outcomes of puerperae with gestational diabetes

目的探讨血糖控制对妊娠期糖尿病产妇妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2013年10月~2014年10月入住我院的88例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,产前对其采取血糖控制措施,根据患者血糖控制情况,将其分为对照组（n=30）和观察组（n=58）,对照组为血糖控制不佳的患者,观察组为血糖控制满意的患者。观察比较两组产妇妊娠情况和新生儿情况。结果观察组患者的高血压、感染、早产、剖宫产发生率均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组巨大儿、死胎、窒息、胎儿畸形发生率均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行有效的血糖控制,能有效降低产妇和新生儿妊娠不利结局的发生率。

Objective To investigate the influence of blood glucose control on the pregnancy outcomes of puerperae with gestational diabetes. Methods Eighty-eight patients with gestational diabetes in our hospital from October 2013 to2014 October were selected as study subjects.All the 88 patients were given prenatal blood glucose control and were divided into control group（n=30） and observation group（n=58） according to the patients′ blood glucose control situation.The control group was constituted by the patients with poor blood glucose control and the observation group was constituted by the patients with satisfactory blood glucose control.The pregnancy situation and neonatal situation between two groups were observed. Results Regarding to the puerperal pregnancy outcomes,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group in the incidences of hypertension,infection,premature delivery and cesarean section（P 0.05）.Regarding to the neonatal outcomes,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group in the incidences of macrosomia,stillbirth,asphyxia and fetal malformation（P0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of effective blood glucose control among the patients with gestational diabetes can effectively reduce the incidences of adverse puerperal and neonatal outcomes.
