婴幼儿肥胖危险因素的多因素相关分析

Correlation analysis of multiple factors for the risk factors of nurseling obesity

目的分析婴幼儿肥胖的危险因素,为早期干预预防肥胖提供依据。方法选择2014年1月~2015年3月我院100例1岁内肥胖婴幼儿为观察组,同期100例正常体重婴幼儿为对照组,采用调查问卷分析婴幼儿肥胖的危险因素,问卷包括母亲年龄、分娩方式、文化水平、家庭经济、婴幼儿性别、出生体重、喂养方式、辅食添加时间等内容。结果两组母亲年龄、分娩方式、家庭经济、婴幼儿性别比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组文化水平、出生体重、喂养方式、辅食添加时间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;多因素Logistic回归分析提示,出生体重、喂养方式、辅食添加时间是婴幼儿肥胖的危险因素。结论婴幼儿肥胖相关因素多样,积极控制危险因素对肥胖儿预防有重要指导意义。

Objective To analyze the risk factors of nurseling obesity,and to provide the basis for early intervention to prevent obesity. Methods 100 cases obese children within 1 years old in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2015 were regarded as the observation group.100 cases normal children were regarded as control group in the same period.The risk factors of obesity for nurseling was analyzed by using the questionnaire which included maternal age,mode of delivery,cultural level,family economic,infant sex,birth weight,feeding,complementary feeding time and so on. Results Maternal age,mode of delivery,family economic,infant gender between 2 groups had no significant difference by comparision（P0.05）.level of education,birth weight,feeding,complementary feeding time between 2 groups had significant difference by comparision（P0.05）.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the birth weight,feeding,complementary feeding time was the risk factors of nurseling obesity. Conclusion Related factors of nurseling obesity is diverse.Control the risk factors has important guiding significance for preventing nurseling obesity.
