摘要
为阐明山葡萄次生代谢产物生物合成意义,以山葡萄双优果实为材料,应用HPLC-MS/MS技术,研究其果实发育过程中果皮花色苷生物合成结构基因F3′H和F3′5′H的表达。结果表明:转色至采收,共检测出花色苷花翠素类7种、花青素类5种、花葵素类1种。F3′H花后1周为上调表达,至转色为下调表达,转色后至采收为上调表达;F3′5′H自花后至转色为下调表达,转色后至采收为上调表达。
The expression of anthocyanins biosynthesis structural genes F3′H and F3′5′H in peel of Shuanyou variety during fruit development process was studied by HPLC-MS/MS technology to expound biosynthesis significance of secondary metabolite in V.amurensis.Results:The anthocyanins including 7kinds of delphinidins,5kinds of cyanidins and 1kind of pelargonidin are detected from veraison to harvest.F3′H gene presents up-regulated expression from the first week after flowering,down-regulated expression from flowering to veraison and up-regulated expression from veraison to harvest but F3′5′H presents down-regulated expression from flowering to veraison and up-regulated expression from veraison to harvest.
