摘要
为了提高甘蔗抗旱性及产量,在连作的旱坡蔗地上种植苜蓿、沙打旺、草木犀及马羊花等4种绿肥,将绿肥压青还田后种植黔糖3号甘蔗,以探讨绿肥压青对甘蔗抗旱性的影响,并筛选能显著提高甘蔗抗旱性的绿肥种类。结果表明:连续干旱20d后,沙打旺压青处理的脯氨酸积累量最多,为2.71μg/g;苜蓿处理的甘蔗叶片丙二醛积累量最少;沙打旺压青处理叶片质膜电解质外渗值增幅低于休闲对照(不种植绿肥的休闲处理)。绿肥压青改良土壤后有利于增强甘蔗的抗旱性,以沙打旺压青处理的甘蔗抗旱性最强,其次是苜蓿和马羊花,草木犀压青还田对甘蔗抗旱性影响较小。
In order to improve sugarcane drought resistance and yield and explore the effect of green manure on sugarcane drought resistance,screen the green manure species which could significantly improve the drought resistance,four kinds of green manures,alfalfa,erect milkvetch,sweet clover and Mayang flower,were planted in the sugarcane field,Qian 3cultivar was planted after green manure dressed to field.Results:20days later of continuous drought resistance,the proline accumulation amount of erect milkvetch was the most,2.71μg/g;MDA accumulation amount in sugar leaf was the least of alfalfa treatment;the increment of blade electrolyte leakage value of erect milkvetch treatment was lower than the control treatment E.Green manure increased drought resistance of sugarcane by improving soil condition.Among the four types of green manure,the best one was erect milkvetch,followed by alfalfa and Mayang flower,sweet clover had little effect on drought resistance.
