网络环境下高校辅导员的媒介素养培育

On Cultivation of University Counselors' Media Literacy under Network Environment

高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的主体力量,承担着教书育人的重要职责;网络信息时代背景下,他们又是网络等媒介信息资源的重要组织者、传播者,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,其媒介素养水平直接影响当代大学生媒介素养水平和核心价值观的培育。在分析了网络环境下高校辅导员媒介素养的内涵基础上,提出了高校辅导员媒介素养培育的策略,并从媒介知识、媒介意识、媒介信息能力、媒介道德法制安全、媒介素养能力等五个方面,探讨了网络环境下培育高校辅导员媒介素养内容体系的构建。

University counselors are the main part of ideological and political education of university students,undertaking the responsibility of imparting knowledge and educating people.Under network environment,they are important organizer,transmitter.The university counselors play the roles as the instructor and guide,and the level of their media literacy affect the cultivation of the university students＇ level of media literacy and core value.This thesis expounds the connotation of cultivation of university teachers＇ media literacy under network environment and build the paths to cultivation of university counselors＇ media literacy aiming to discuss and construct the content system of cultivation of university counselors＇ media literacy under network environment relying on the five leading indicator including knowledge of media,awareness of media,information ability of media,moral,legal safety of media and the ability of cultivating university students＇ media literacy.
