摘要
对带式输送机各部件实施合理的维修策略很有必要。采用SRCM理论对带式输送机进行风险分析,根据重要度排序得出关键部件,对不同风险级别的部件制定相应的维修策略,以合理配置检修资源,有利于形成现代维修管理体系。
It is necessary to make suitable maintenance strategies for each component of the belt conveyor. In the paper, SRCM theory was applied to conduct risk analysis on the belt conveyor, and the key components were identified by the degree of importance. In addition, corresponding maintenance strategies for the components with various risk level were offered, so as to reasonably distribute maintenance resource, which was beneficial to the formation of modern maintenance and management system.
