摘要
以某桥式起重机减速器为研究对象,分析了齿轮相对滑动速度沿啮合线的变化规律;根据Dowson-Higginson的最小油膜厚度计算公式,计算了齿轮弹流润滑影响参数沿啮合线的变化情况,并探讨了齿轮主要几何参数对最小油膜厚度的影响。
Taking the reducer of a large tonnage bridge crane as the research object, the variation laws of the relative sliding speed along the gear meshing line was analyzed. According to Dowson-Higginson minimum oil film thickness calculation formula, the variation of the parameters affecting gear elastic hydrodynamic lubrication along the gear meshing line was calculated. At last, the influence of main gear geometric parameters on the minimum oil film thickness was discussed.
