摘要
以JMY175型工矿内燃机车车轴齿轮箱系统为研究对象,介绍了齿轮箱系统的组成、功用和工作原理。结合疲劳分析法、威布尔三参数法和评分预计法对该系统进行了可靠性分析,找出了系统的薄弱环节,对进一步提高系统的可靠性、优化系统和设计整车的全寿命周期提供了一定的理论依据。
Taking the axle gearbox system of JMY175 industrial and mining diesel locomotive as the research object, the paper introduced its constitution, function and principle. Combining fatigue analysis method, Weibull three-parameter method and score estimation method, it conducted the reliability analysis on the system, and identified its weak loop. The analysis offered some theoretical reference for enhancing the reliability of the gearbox system, optimizing the gearbox system and designing the whole life cycle of the locomotive.
