摘要
为了实现具有复杂空间曲面零件的喷涂,要求喷枪能进行多自由度的运动;因此开发根据待喷涂表面的CAD模型进行自动喷涂的喷涂系统具有重要意义。笔者对利用待喷涂零件的CAD模型生成喷涂路径的方法进行了研究,并利用一系列相互平行的切分平面,对STL模型进行了切分,获得了切分平面与STL模型的交线,进而获得喷涂路径曲线。根据STL模型法向量求取喷枪的水平转角与垂直转角,获得五自由度喷枪喷涂坐标,并利用UG的电子表格驱动功能对喷涂过程进行了仿真,验证了求解方法的可行性。
In order to realize the spraying onto the part with complex curved surface, the spraying gun needs motion with multiple freedom degree, so it is of great significance to develop an automatic spraying system according to the CAD model of the part to be sprayed. In the paper, the method of automatic trajectory generation of the spraying gun according to CAD model of the part to be sprayed was studied, a series of parallel planes were used to slice STL model of the part, and the intersecting contours of slicing planes and STL model were obtained, then the spraying trajectory was achieved. According to normal vector of STL model, the horizontal turning angle and the vertical turning angle of the spraying gun were obtained, thus the spraying coordinates with five freedom degree of the spraying gun were obtained. In addition, UG spreadsheet drive function was applied to simulate the spraying process, thus the feasibility of the solving method was verified.
