摘要
在市场经济条件下,政府的重要职责之一是基于社会公共利益对市场活动进行干预、协调和管理,从而维护市场秩序,促进经济的繁荣发展。当前,食品安全问题依然突出,政府监管职责仍旧存在诸多缺陷,无法从根源上有效杜绝食品安全问题的产生。本文基于经济法视角剖析强化政府监管食品安全的理论依据,阐述有效解决食品安全问题主要依靠政府监管的应然性,提出完善政府监管责任的建议,以期为食品安全法的完善与修订提供可行性建议,以确保食品更安全。
Under the conditions of market economy,one of the important functions of Government is based on the public interest, for intervention, coordination and management of campaigns, so as to maintain market order and promoting economic prosperity and development.Currently,food safety issues still outstanding, government regulators are still many defects, unable to effectively put an end to the root causes of food safety problems.Analysis based on the perspective of economic law to strengthen government oversight of food safety, theoretical basis for articulating effective food safety problems are mainly rely on the necessity of government regulation, proposes that the Government' s recommendations, with a view to perfecting the food safety law and providing feasible suggestion,to ensure food security.
