关于高校青年教师有效教学的调查与研究

从有效教学的定义与要求出发,编制问卷调查表,选取不同的研究对象在不同高校的不同专业进行调查,并统计调查数据,总结青年教师教学的优缺点,探究影响青年教师有效教学的主要因素,并提出提升高校青年教师教学有效性的意见与建议。

According to the definition and requirements of effective teaching are Starting from, the questionnaires are compiled, and the different objects are studied in different colleges and different professional investigations. the advantages and disadvantages are summarized of the young teachers teaching by survey data of statistics, the main factors influencing of the effective teaching of young teachers are explored, and the effectiveness and advice are puts forward opinions of young university teachers＇ teaching.
