摘要
双层项目驱动式《制茶学》教学不仅加强大学生茶学专业基础教育,同时注重对学生综合能力的培养。本文阐述了应用型人才培养模式下的《制茶学》教学研究与实践,通过教学措施的实施,探讨双层项目驱动式《制茶学》的教学效果,进而提出教学过程中应该注意的问题。
Basic education can be enhanced and comprehensive abilities can be cultivated for undergraduate stu-dents by double project driven teaching. Teaching research and practice about tea processing science under applied talents training mode were elaborated in this paper. The teaching efficiency about double project driven teaching was discussed by the implement of teaching measures. And the problems should be noticed during the teaching were pre-sented.
