航空航天院校本硕联合培养机制探索

为满足航空航天院校对教育教学连续性的要求,本文探索了本硕联合培养机制在本科教学中的应用。本文从新一代年轻人求知欲望,航空航天院校对专业知识的要求以及航空航天院校硕士招生压力三个方面探索了本硕联合培养机制开展的必要性及相应的实施措施,最后探讨了航空航天院校本硕联合培养的可行性,在前人探索的基础上提出导师联合培养机制。

The confederate cultivation for bachelor and master was studied in this paper, which attempts to meet the requirements of continuity education in aeronautics and astronautics universities. The necessity and the implemen-tation of the corresponding measures were investigate and carried out, taking three aspects into account, these aspects are thirst for knowledge of new generation, the requirement of professional knowledge and admissions pressure of mas-ter in aeronautics and astronautics universities. At last, the feasibility of confederate cultivation mechanism for bache-lor and master was analyzed and the tutor Confederate cultivation mechanism was proposed based on the previous re-searches.
