五年一贯制高职光伏专业的人才培养

光伏产业的发展和进步,需要越来越多的专业化人才,尤其是职业技术过硬的光伏专业技术人才的需求量不断增加。在这样的背景下,深入贯彻五年一贯制教育政策,发挥五年一贯制高职教育的优点与特色,实现应用型光伏专业人才的培养和教育,成为当前职业教育工作应该高度关注的问题。因此,文章首先对于当前光伏产业,光伏专业和光伏教学的现状进行了分析,提出当前五年一贯制光伏专业教育过程中存在的缺陷和不足,并且提出针对性的解决措施,以期改善和调整。

Photovoltaic industry＇s development and progress, needs more and more specialized talented person, es-pecially vocational and technical high pv increasing demand for professional and technical personnel. In this context, carry out five years construct education policy and implementation applied pv professional talent training and educa-tion, on the advantages and features of Higher Vocational Education in five years,the current vocational education work should pay highly attention to the problem. Therefore, this paper first for the photovoltaic industry, the current situa-tion of photovoltaic （pv） and photovoltaic teaching are analyzed, and put forward the current five-year construct pho-tovoltaic defects and deficiencies in the process of professional education, and puts forward corresponding solving mea-sures, so as to improve and adjust.
