应用型测控技术与仪器专业人才培养模式探索

随着我国高等教育人才培养结构的战略调整,应用型本科人才的培养已成为地方新建本科院校转型发展的必由之路。为提高学生应用实践能力,重庆科技学院测控技术与仪器专业采用了"一个定位,二个方向、四个层次"的应用型人才培养模式,培养专业基础扎实、实践能力强、创新能力突出、综合素质高的应用型人才。

With the strategic adjustments in the structure of higher education talent cultivation in China, applica-tion-oriented talent cultivation has become an inevitable road for the transformation and development of universities. To improve students＇ abilities in practice, the department of technology and instrument of measurement and control, Chongqing University of Science and Technology, adopts the mode for cultivating application-oriented talents, summa-rized as＂ one orientation, two targets and four levels＂. This mode aims to bring talents with sound foundation in spe-cialized areas, strong ability in practice and innovation, and high in overall quality.
