槽式预埋件在建设工程中虽已被更广泛地采用,但目前很多供应商尚不能提供出自身产品必要的性能参数及其产品认证证明文件,这不仅不利于设计单位的选型,更给工程质量安全带来重大隐患。论文从工程应用环境、承载力作用形式、安装要求、质量控制文件、性能参数验证原理及设计注意事项等方面对槽式预埋件的应用进行了探讨,并提出了质量控制方式的参考建议。

Though the anchor channels are more and more applied in the construction engineering development, but the problem is the most manufactures cannot provide the important product parameters and certificate documents, without product parameter it is very difficult for the design company to make choices, and meanwhile it brings big potential risk for construction quality. This article discussed followed aspects for anchor channels, including requirements for engineering surroundings, action mode, installation requirement, the validation principle for product parameters and attention issues for design. In conclusion the proposal for quality control is given for reference.
